WORKING WITH OUR STUDIO
Below is a list of details to help you prepare your project.
-
Referencing Our Designs
We invite you to reference our past projects as the inspiration for your design. To ensure we capture your vision accurately, we kindly request supplementary reference images necessary to convey your concept. The thoroughness of your project submission will play a crucial role in crafting your tailored proposal efficiently. These reference images can be uploaded on our Project Submission Form.
-
Custom Designs
Many clients choose to develop a completely custom design. Our team, and yours, will kick off the project with a research and development phase where we work closely with you to translate your concepts into a painting. With the use of physical and digital modellos, our team will meticulously illustrate a mural that captures your novel concept. While the timeline for this option is notably longer, in comparison to designs pulled from our existing library, the result is a truly bespoke masterpiece.
-
Step 1 - Submitting Your Project
The first step in collaboration with our studio is to submit your project details via our Project Submission Form. The thoroughness of your submission helps streamline communication and enables us to grasp your project's intricacies with clarity. We enjoy seeing your reference images and architectural drawings - the more the merrier!
-
In-Situ vs. In-Studio Murals
We offer two types of murals - painted in-situ or painted in our studio which are shipped and installed by a third party. During the estimation process, our team will assess your documents then recommend the most suitable application method. Please note that murals painted in-situ will incur additional per diem costs. For in studio painted murals, we can suggest professional installers from our trusted network in your area.
-
Sampling
Once your project is approved and an initial deposit is submitted, the sampling process begins. Our skilled team will craft one complimentary digital modello. Additional iterations or samples for incomplete projects are subject to a fee. Should your project require a physical sample for in-situ viewing, the sample and subsequent iterations will incur an additional charge. You can view an example digital modello in ref 0.1 below.
-
Installation
Ensuring a seamless installation process begins with close communication and sharing thorough documentation of the space ahead of your installation date. If your project involves a new build, our team will carefully review all architectural drawings to discuss any necessary design accommodations. For existing spaces, we rely on the client to provide an extensive collection of photos to capture architectural details that may impact the installation process. One can always reference our On-Site Terms and Conditions.
